Saturday. Day-long class in Social Media @ San Francisco State University, fast forward to lunch hour, not too hungry, but needed something good. Without the fries (American or French) I enjoyed a nice burger, well done, but not dry or tough, with generous amounts of pickle, tomato, and onion. I added my combination of mustard, mayonnaise, and catsup. It was the right amount of food for a day-long class. Avoiding a FULL meal I have learned, helps prevent that drowsiness that can interfere with an earnest attempt of acquiring new skills, or new ways to apply skills one may already have. Eat lightly & enjoy the class. Thanks to Bistro Burger, that’s exactly what I was able to do.
It is located towards the South wall of the food court.
More enjoyable & much less filling without American or French fries. And never “hold the mayo.” I think I share some traits with the late Julia Child. Food is to be enjoyed!
